Payment. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Bank transfer preferred.

Pricing. All prices are in NZD and exclude GST unless stated. GST at 15% will be added to all invoices.

Minimum order. No minimum order quantity.

Lead times. Stock items ship within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order items ship within 3-5 business days.

Shipping. Free delivery on orders over $100. Freight at cost on orders under $100.

Returns. Defective or damaged items replaced at no cost.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
